J5 TV brings your session conversations to a shared, read-only screen. Follow original messages, recognizable senders, and replies without giving the television permission to change your work.

The app is available to private-beta testers. Install the latest TestFlight build for the conversation-first interface; older builds may show the previous operations wall during rollout.

Pair Your TV

1. Open J5 TV and request a pairing code.
2. Scan its QR code or open the displayed address in a browser signed in to J5.
3. Check the code and device name, then approve that TV.
4. Leave the TV on the pairing screen while it checks the approval.

Codes expire after ten minutes. Use a fresh code after expiry or denial. Approval polling retries temporary network errors automatically; approval is not complete until the TV opens the session list.

Read A Conversation

• Select a session with the Siri Remote.
• Move through chronological messages and select one to open its Markdown reader.
• Load earlier messages when needed; use Latest to return to the live edge.
• Use Back/Menu to return to the conversation or session list.
• Open the ellipsis Options menu to keep the screen awake or forget the pairing.

The reader supports long paragraphs and code. Messages update through bounded reads; the TV does not require the optional standalone streaming service.

Read-Only By Design

Pairing grants visibility into sessions owned by the signed-in person. The TV cannot post messages, answer requests, review wiki proposals, create sessions, or manage Connections and keys. Use web or iOS for those actions.

Pair only a display you trust. Shared screens can expose conversation content to anyone in the room, even though they cannot change it.
